This kind of weather made me  thought of Thailand where there are a lot of mango in summer (March-May  ). So, this month we made&lt;span class="fbPhotoCaptionText"&gt; Khao Neiw  Mamuang (Sweet sticky rice with mango and coconut sauce). The main dish  is Khao Soi (Yellow noodles with curry), the famous dish from the North  of Thailand. It is not so spicy, but tastety. This time we make curry  paste by ourself as it requires few ingredients. Another dish is Thai  style spring rolls, the difference from other spring roll is we use a  lot of herbs which are easy to find in summer; basil, and mint (from my  small garden at balcony :). I like this menu because it is very healthy. The dishes for this class were red curry with pumpkin and beef and green curry with eggplants and chicken. There were a total of 30 peoples participated in this  class. The dishes for this class were Kai Sa-tay (chicken grilled with peanut sauce) and Pat Thai Khung(Thai fried noodle with shrimps). There were a total of 12 peoples participated in this class. It was very enjoyable class because everyone was so motivated to learn and we helped each other for step by step preparing, cooking and  cleaning of course. The event is bigger than last year, there are not only Thai food shops but also some boothes of handcraft, souvenirs and fruits. We arrived there at 11:30 am, it was a perfect time to look around before the performance started. We had rice with a little bit red curry (Kaeng Ped Moo), chicken fried with holy basil (Kaprao Kai), a piece of grilled pork (Moo Sa-te) and a fried egg (1000Yen for this set), papaya spicy salad with sticky rice (700Yen), rice with boiled chicken (Khao Man Kai, 500Yen). The first performance was slow Thai boxing (Muai Thai) dance followed by the actual Thai boxing which was rewarded by  big applause from the audiences. The second performance were nothern and southern Thai traditional dances.
