In December 2010, I met a new Japanese friend who loves Thailand. First time we met at the German beer festival in Yokohama, she prepared fried banana (Kluai Thod) for everyone. So, we agreed to arrange Thai cooking class in January 2011. That was the beginning of Papaya Thai cooking circle. We made Papaya salad (Som Tum), grilled chicken (Kai Yang), and Taro balls in coconut Cream (Bua Loi Pheuk).
