November 23, 2009 I woke up early because I had to go to Sendagaya (near Shibuya) for teaching the first Thai cooking class in Japan. The dishes for this class were Kai Sa-tay (chicken grilled with peanut sauce) and Pat Thai Khung(Thai fried noodle with shrimps). There were a total of 12 peoples participated in this class. It was very enjoyable class because everyone was so motivated to learn and we helped each other for step by step preparing, cooking and cleaning of course. I am happy to see everyone enjoyed cooking and tasting the dishes. :)Dec 6, 2009
