Thai Fried Noodles (Pat Thai)

Recipe Ingredients for 1 person

Pat Thai Sauce

  •  60 grams palm sugar
  • 40 grams fish sauce
  • 45 grams tamarind sauce
  • 1 1/2 tea spoons ground roasted dried red chili
Other Ingredients
  • 130 grams dried small rice noodles (Sen Jan) 
  • 160  grams bean sprouts
  • 250 grams prawns
  • 80 gram hard Tao Fu, cut into small cubics 
  • 20 grams  Chinese chives, cut into short lengths 
  • 30 gram sweet pickel turnip  
  • 30 grams  roasted peanuts, coarsely ground20 grams dried shirmps  
  • 20 grams dried shirmps  
  • 2  chopped shallots
  • 60 grams vegetable oil
