Fried holy brasil leaves with chicken or pork


Recipe Ingredients for 2 dishes
1 1/2 table spoons chopped small chillies
1  table spoons chopped garlic
100 gram chopped chicken or pork
50 grams mushroom
20 grams holy basil
1 table spoon fish sauce
1 tea spoon sugar
1 tea spoon soyabean sauce
1 table spoon oyster sauce
2 cup of cooked rice
3 table spoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup stock
