Sweet Jade-Longan, Corn Tapioca Sago with Coconut Milk หยกมรกตสดใส

Sweet Jade.

Recipe Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 100 grams tiny tapioca sago (green) 
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 500 ml water
  • 100 grams fresh or canned Longan
  • 100 ml Longan syrup (canned)
  • 35 grams sweet corn
  • 100 ml instant coconut milk
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt  
  • 2 leaves Pantan (if available).
