Green curry with chicken.
Recipe Ingredients
- 2 table spoons green curry paste
- 150 grams chicken breast or thigh, cut in bite-size pieces
- 100 ml instant coconut milk
- Mixed 200 ml instant coconut milk with 200 ml chicken stock or water
- 6 grams sweet basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon palm sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 red chili, sliced diagonally
- 1 kaffir lime leaves
- 5 round eggplants, cut into 4 small pieces.
